We can ship to all the European countries within EU.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping prices for all items we sell are dependent on your total order value according to this table:

Your pack shipment

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days, during peak periods this can increase to within 4 business days. Amazly is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. We don´t deliver to Shipping to P.O BOXES.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Amazly does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Amazly will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Amazly is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Uncollected goods

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee, at present 30€ for packages up to 5 kg, 60€ for packages from 3 kg up to 30 kg and 100€ for 30 kg and more.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Local Destination Tax & Duties

Amazly has its own warehouse within the EU, there are no import fees when you order from an EU country.
